Restorative Services

When you come to us for restorative care, we like to get the “Big Picture.” We take our time getting to know you, conducting a thorough exam, asking and answering lots of questions.
Also, depending on your wishes, we can maximize your time and comfort by performing multiple procedures during a single visit. We offer the following restorative services:

Gum Disease

Statistics show 80% of all adults over 35 years of age will have some form of gum disease. Left untreated, this condition can lead to serious diseases and conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, low birth weight babies and even premature babies. Additionally, proper restorative care of teeth cannot be performed on diseased gums. We offer in-office diagnostic and treatment services for gum disease. Our procedures are non-invasive and non-surgical. If your condition has progressed to the point where you require surgery, we can provide you with an excellent referral.

Cosmetic Services

Our philosophy about aesthetics is appearance isn’t everything. In addition to your new dazzling smile, we want to provide you with options that will actually preserve the structure and longevity of your teeth. Speaking of options, we believe in providing you with a range of them. After your consultation, we will discuss various treatments and help you find a solution to meet your particular needs and goals. We offer the following cosmetic services:

• Tooth-Colored Fillings
• Porcelain Veneers
• Whitening (we offer Zoom, an in-office product that whitens in as little as 1 ½ hours, and various take-home treatments)

We believe the role of technology is to make dentistry easier and better for our patients. We regularly attend courses in continuing education to keep current on the latest techniques and treatments so we can bring new technology back to the office to serve you better. Here are some of the innovations we use in our practice:

• Diagnodent---a painless laser technology that quickly and precisely identifies tooth decay
• Digital Imaging---provides you with a preview of what your smile can look like after a procedure
• Intra-Oral Cameras---allow us to show you the problem as we diagnose it and then show you the solution once we’ve completed the procedure
• Chair-side Computers---you can view digital imaging or the intra oral camera work without leaving the chair

• Sterilization Center---our sanitation techniques are state-of-the-art; we comply fully with OSHA guidelines, wear face masks, safety glasses, gloves, use disposable items whenever possible, use a water filtration system with distilled water and do periodic water testing.
